I think that arrogance is self evident by the action of the driver as shown in the video.
It may be coincidence that many here associate that type of car with such a style of driving. The image of the cars created by the 'aspirational' advertising can be misread by drivers of them leading to an arrogant attitude to other road users.Those drivers provide plenty of examples to reinforce any latent confirmation bias.
Sometimes the stereotype is pretty accurate...Typical stereotyping!
