A friend of mine just had a delay repay claim that took 7 weeks to process. Is there anything to force TOCs to deal with claims more quickly?

Only 7 weeks? I've just been told I'll probably wait 4 months for SNCF to authorise a payment for me.

Unfortunately there is no realistic way to force them to pay your claim quicker. Taking them to the Ombudsman or Court will take much longer than waiting 7 weeks.

I received DR payment on 20 January from Cross Country for a delayed trip on 22 September last year. Just had to wait patiently.
