It would be an odd situation if the most obvious route of exit is to break into a building. I'm pretty sure that at Leamington, for example, there is a side gate off the Down side platform which leads to a staff car park. No need to break into a building and then out again.
I have not been to Leamington for years, but if the fence has those metal spikes on the top, I would not be attempting to climb over it.

Certainly more luck than judgement, as someone who is disabled I'd certainly be giving 999 a ring or using the emergency button on the help point, although help points aren't always helpful, when I was trying to report a assit fail at a station the off shore call taker did not understand me, luckily I saw a platform dispatcher who assisted and tried to apologise for his colleagues failure.

Back to topic It is odd though that stations on the busy WCML are open 247 but Leamington your trapped. Although I am surprised it's not a more regular occorance, I was at a station recently waiting for the last train north on the MML and the staff member assisting me was the only one on duty was saying he'll be glad to be locking up & heading home, there definitely needs to be more thought to what happens in disruption as others may do stupid things just to get out.

People climbing over high fences in the dark to get out of a locked railway station, blimey what could possibly go wrong?

There is quite a drop down from platform to street level, i wouldn't be wanting to risk that to be honest.

Not at the north end of Leamington there isn't.

I know someone who is a Journalist, who was too engrossed in writing his piece for the newspaper. That he got locked in a Cricket ground after the play was over. Although, there would have been ways to get attention. He decided to climb over a gate and fell and broke his arm.
