If only that was really what a trip on the Elizabeth Line was like. Excellent work.

There are even spare beers on tables for anyone alighting the train. Only look to be standard sized though, those big beers look heavy.

I just hope the driver remembers to lower the pantograph.

When wtiting detailed descriptions for my AI railway images, I marvel how, mostly, the things appear in the right places relative to each other.
I say "mostly" - because, when the algorithms get it wrong, the results can look hilarious. The class 60's "not Railfreight livery" and the class 91's wrong-end pantograph, aren't the biggest errors...
Is the answer the choice of the woman pushing the buggy to use a Tesco bag?

It also looks like the child is not active on an iPhone, so that may be the other concern. Who is checking Real Time Trains to find out about the inevitable delays to platform announcement on that Network South East unit?

A little remiss of me not to show one of the photos I captured whilst in the Antarctic. Freezer aisle bound.

Alternatively, this may be an explanation of why Dad has gone to Iceland*

* Target audience and blatant presumption that it would be Dad interested in Wonder Woman's Pasties.

Marvellous frozen thingies work there, @Topological 8-) Good to see a 3-pack of Penguins was picked up with the WW polar bear pasties*.

* Armadillo pasties don't travel well. Dik-Dik pasties go limp in the cold.
I thought we had moved on from the Dik-Dik, would be hard to locate in the cold too I would expect.

Licking the baijiu glaze would help a little with the cold.

Looking at the Wonder Woman livery makes me wonder if that would have been suitable for the old Wales and Western TOC that existed pre TfW when the Mk4 I am currently sat on was nowt but a baby (rather like the penguin)

Quirk of Google AI. Using the exact same descriptive inputs, I wanted to refine the GWR autocoach in this 1930s-era render. Gemini then gave me - errrrr. o_O

Where's the sump-plug on an 08-plate? - perhaps the BR depot didn't have enough fitters.

There's an on-train murderer on the loose! Can you solve it?

"You can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter" is a lesson that the guy in the Kwik Fit office is about to wish he had learned. Lured in by pasties, perhaps?

Meanwhile there is some ponderance over the madness of this photo. However, I can confirm it is mad:

You're right: utterly mad buying that as a B&B, with the work needed to it. Luckily, I know of a Forum Mod who can help! :D

WIldebeeste - I now have a mental image of a spoof James Bond film poster: The Man With the Golden Gnu. Et voila :D

The Man With the Golden Gnu was Producted by Marier Gunks. Marier is excellent and has produced a vast body of work that I am a huge fan of. There was the directly titled "Naked Gnu 33 and a Third-Class Motor Trailer" which you may have seen. Fewer have seen "Bowled Out", in which Gunks is acknowledge to have done his finest Producting, because the study of a man trying to photograph Great Western Castle Class locomotives in the Pennines, is often confused with being a comedy cricket film.

The Man With the Golden Gnu also represents a thawing of relations between Chamton Ann Smthz Mav and Gunks after the two had famously fallen out over the insistence of Mav to include Wonder Woman Pasties in every movie poster. Gunks had long argued that the insistence to include pasties in the poster for "Speed 2 - Hi to Manchester" had led to the cancellation of that film.

Work on the B&B is ongoing meanwhile, progress is roughly 5 steps a day.

Utter utter brilliance @Topological My eyes are streaming (and it's not from baijiu glaze). 8-) :D
Those film credit names aren't of my own making.
The film franchise continued...

"Speed 2 - Hi to Manchester"
This got me thinking: a naming ceremony for a Great British Railways liveried class 67.

I am concerned that Bond is a little obsessed with food hygiene and cannot stand seeing that pasty on the floor. Despite the excellent news on HS2, everyone at the unveiling is equally shocked at the blatant disregard for hygiene in the Octopussy film.

This got me thinking: a naming ceremony for a Great British Railways liveried class 67.

I am normally rude about the TfW 67s, but if today goes well then the number of days where the diagrams get completed in full will be higher than the number of days when they did not in 2026. This may be why we now see this film:

Gemini_Generated_Image_njhmcsnjhmcsnjhm.png

This is another from Chamton Ann Smthz Mav which was Producted by Marier Gunks. I note there seems to be a rounding of the pasties in this one. This may have been what caused two 153s to pair up and seek revenge.

Meanwhile there is an update on Topological Towers, including a train inspired by Barcelona

Is that Wonder Woman in civvies eating a pasty next to Starmer and the newly-unveiled nameplate?

We stray from Bond, back to another USA cult TV series. I've always wondered why it showed a spaceship.

Remember Lynda Carter's Diana Prince character seamlessly blended into society, merely by wearing civilian clothing? Oh, those wonderfully-simple 1970s storylines!
I never questioned it at the time, though :)

Not 100% sure why the train gained some white on its way across the pond. The HSTs did going to Mexico too.

Oh dear! Scooby Doo's trip to the Yorkshire Dales hasn't gone well. Still, at least two drag queens and the Archbishop Of Canterbury find it amusing.

Whitby station's changed a bit since I was last there. Never mind, Rod Stewart and Wonder Woman seem to be enjoying their holiday.

This is supposedly what a high speed Lartigue monorail would look like! Not sure how it would work unless the blocks under the wheels magically move along somehow...

If you were on a day out with two drag queens and the Archbishop of Canterbury, wouldn't you want to have a wombat by your side? ;)
I assume the Wombat becomes the designated driver?

I would probably have just gone with the Gorilla, but then I am not a mystery solving dog.

There has been a lot of concerns about what has happened to the pasty killer. Part of the mystery is infecting this thread.

Not if they've all gone there and back by train! ;)
I honestly posted my image before this post. Perhaps they all live on the street I posted. The train takes people to their door there.

This map has surfaced. This may be the village of Lifeless-on-Baijiu that was depicted under the pub theme. The pub is The Mole's Pasty, meaning that The Chariot had not reached the village when the plans of the deep express line were drawn up.

London village has an underground after all.

Some people have see holes in everything.

After shed 42F closed, the embankment was lowered for a caravan retailer to move in. It was the 1980s and everyone was confident that we would all be parking on clifftops and enjoying our days exploring the British countryside. A young Mikey O'Leary was regularly seen foraging the site for anything he could sell off. When the caravan store cut off his income source, Mikey vowed revenge.

Fast forward 30 years and everyone is on Ryanair to the sun and the caravan store is gone. The Levelling Up scheme has lived up to its name in terms of the land, but there is little of the planned aqua park. The youth are left to adventure with shopping trollies.

This won't end well... Banking engines are supposed to be at the back and are meant to travel in the same direction as the train.
The question is which Spice Girls song gave rise to this situation? Stop? Two Become One? I am going to rule out Viva Forever, but hopefully not prematurely.

By contrast this is inspired by Victoria Beckham and Dane Bowers smash Out of Your Mind:

And there was me, thinking it was:
Is This The Way to Armadillo?
Show Me The Way to Armadillo.
That is this one:

Sorry if I ruined the Peter Kay video, but please do not worry. No turbostars were hurt in the making of the video.

Also if anyone was wondering whether sweet Marie has been waiting for a train that can never come, please do not worry. There is a rail replacement bus.
