Is it? All we have is one comment on fixmytransport.com which doesn't make it clear if this in an ongoing issue or they have seen a sign once on a bus which may no longer be there. There's no comment about anyone actually not being allowed to travel, only the sign suggests they might. Have you any more information to shed light on this?
