Access to Network Rail Engineering Works document

I recall that I used to be able to download a document which set out all Network Rail planned engineering works planned for the control period by region. I've searched and can't locate this anywhere. Can someone please post a link - I'm looking for the Anglian region.

The Operational Rules give the times that each line is scheduled to be closed for engineering access but doesn't say anything about what work is done when within those closures, or indeed about the plans for "disruptive" closures that require amended timetables.

Just checked a random Engineering Access Statement part 7 for Wessex route, around October this year, and it still does exactly what you'd expect. Service alterations required are explained, and a broad summary of the work is shown. I used the downloadable zip file option here: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/industry-commercial-partners/information-operating-companies/

The zip file includes four separate directories for Timetable Planning Rules and Engineering Access Statements, 2 years for each.

Looking at the current one some (maybe all) pages are watermarked "Superseded by CPPP" although it is noted that the latest details are uploaded to it anyway (but it doesn't say when). I'm not sure if that means they are up to date or not.

CPPP stands for confirmed period possession plan. I don’t believe it is made public.

CPPP is 26 weeks out so a lot of the 19 EAS will be superseded.
