If it was not for the roof that can cover the Centre Court, there would be no play anywhere at the tennis tournement at Wimbledon. The original forcast for a 1600 resumption is now stated to be much later on all the other courts.

Letchworth is supposed to have a light rain shower today, with sunny intervals during the rest of the week. Come on, rain!!

I was out in that "light rain shower" earlier. Understatement of the day.

You can trust the BBC weather for heat predictions, but for rain and snow they just haven't a clue!
