If they resurrect the improvement work that were proposed before covid, only one set of barriers would be need as the travel centre and ticket office area would be opened up and combined. See the pic here for more details:I wonder where they will put them at Worcester Foregate Street. As I am sure people know, two sets will be needed and the lifts are very close to the exit.
I could claim to arrive at Worcester from say Ledbury legitimately without a ticket. I could claim there was no way to buy my ticket. Perhaps the ticket buying facilities at Ledbury and other local stations have massively improved recently.
