Can not remember the last time a steam service ran from these stations. It would be very dificult to run from there given the number of trains using the stations let alone the problem of finding a path through London Bridge and Borough Market Junction

Bearsted Green is the centre of the village! Ashford Road and Egremont Road are in Madginford which is a 1960's creation. The stationwas there serving the village many many years before that! Incidentally I live in Madginford and the people of Bearsted regard us as outsiders!
