Hi all, I have just purchased a ticket for the 1134 Bristol temple meads to Exeter St Davids service by Cross country, and have been unable to book a seat reservation. I'm aware this service starts at Newcastle.

I occasionally stay in Southsea and try avoid home fixtures at Fratton as it wreaks havoc on transport. It could be better if GWR skipped fratton on those days and those wanting the...
Hi all,
I have booked an anytime day ticket to camborne from Haverfordwest. The current plan is to take the 0925 from Haverfordwest then the 1200 departure from Cardiff Central to Penzance as far as Bristol temple meads. I plan to stop here and hour and then take the 13:50 xc service to...
Hi all, I have attached a screenshot below.
This seems unusual as Pembroke dock normally doesn't see a train after 11pm and the previous week nothing was allocated.
So I ask what was going on?
Hi all, upon a look at rtt I've came across a usually long formation of trains to Crewe.
The formation is made of 150241+153910 which is joined in Shrewsbury by 158840+153318+153914.
I expect this is a mistake by real time trains but the diagram onto Crewe Cs is also booked the same units...
Hi everyone, I'll shortly be travelling Haverfordwest to Southampton Central my plan is outlined below but I'm wondering if I'm better paying the extra to take gwr to reading and xc to Southampton.

just wondering what has happened with tfw's unit 153382. i was aboard it on 5/9 on the 0659 departure to swansea which was terminated at Llanelli after running an hour late due to a previous late running train and trespassers. It was supposed to go up the howl but never did and hasn't come up on...
i have a holiday booked originally for 23-26 june when the strike dates were first announced i changed it to travel on the 22nd. tfw and other tocs are expecting disruption on the 22nd but no strike action. so my question is would i be within my rights as a customer to expect a replacement coach...
I'm looking at taking the 1500 from Manchester Piccadilly to carmarthen I've noticed these trains can regularly gather a lengthy delay. i would have a 10 minute overlay between that service and the train to pembroke dock. if the delays on the Manchester service caused me to miss my connection...
I was just looking on RTT casually at my local station and noticed that the late night train (departing 22:26) from Pembroke Dock is formed of 150236 153323 and 153910, the service is also only going as far as Whitland and not to Carmarthen.
I have 2 questions, why the 4 car service so late in...
A TfW journey check is showing the 17:06 from Birmingham international as a 6 carriage train instead of 4 carriages and the reason stated is resource availability? So my question is why would it be done and what units are working it as I’m curious?
hi so im wondering if anyone could shed some light on the routes that the 155s and 156s worked around cardiff and out of Cardiff under br as well as the 153s please?
so much has been written on the customer experience of the pacers so my question to all drivers and conductors is what were they like to use and operate good or bad better or worse than a 15x or whatever replaced them in your area?
