I was searching for tickets on the forum ticket site and got the following error:
But Reading is not in a zone.
I expected to be able to be able to buy the off peak day single for £11.10 or be shown free Elizabeth line services.
When I check RealTimeTrains and Citymapper, the data for the trains seem to go missing - indeed Citymapper often reports the train has already stopped at Harrow and on its way to London when this is not the case!
For example...
Just bought a ticket between West Hampstead and Luton Airport on the forums ticket site.
As usual I entered my disabled Railcard and disabled freedom pass. I looked at the trains and went with the 0929 service.
It's provided me with a ticket from London Boundary Zone 6.
How can this be...
I submitted an application for a disabled railcard. I have a visual impairment and have the CVI card (registered partially sighted). I sent images of both sides of the CVI card as evidence but this has been rejected.
Does anyone know what other evidence I am meant to submit?
A friend claimed she was told that her disabled freedom pass was not valid before 930am on Sunday after the barriers did not open (to start the journey into London).
I am very surprised by this incorrect incormation given how common freedom passes are. Can anyone else confirm this occurs at...
I don’t see any on the S stock trains but I’m sure I remember there being stickers on the A stock. Why are there no longer any stickers, given there are some for smoking for example.
Secondly, why are fines not handed out to people that do this? If people knew they would get fined, whilst the...
I was under the impression the oyster system could only support 15 zones and they were all in use but a technical upgrade was in process to enhance this.
What is the current status of this upgrade?

Will there be direct trains going from Marylebone to Milton Keynes via Oxford, or have I misunderstood the press release and current alignment map?
When I use a credit or debit card online, I’ve always had to enter my expiry date of the card.
Why is the same practice not used for people making ticket purchases using a railcard? This would help a lot of people making innocent mistakes in forgetting to renew their railcard and would be...
Why does the National Rail website offer a bizarre interchange if a user selects the underground station rather than the "Elizabeth line" station?
For example, Slough to Tottenham Court Road (Underground Station):
It proposes I do:
Slough -> Farringdon -> Blackfriars -> Tottenham Court Road...
A few national rail trains are named (link below) but there does not seem to be any listed from the London Underground/ TFL. Why is this?
I vaguely remember some trains were painted with a special livery on the Piccadilly line to commemorate the night tube and also some other occurrences in...
I just came back from Amsterdam and was very impressed with the sprinter trains.
It was a fairly cheap and easy to get from the airport to the city centre. The trains themselves had leather seats - extremely comfortable - and even during 5-6pm from the airport into the centre, seats were still...
Just wondering whether there are any scenic/good views anyone would recommend? The district line over the Thames is one at the top of my head. Any others?
Have disabled freedom pass. I've looked up on BR Fares.
Want to travel on Friday 7th and return Sunday 9th. Am I right in thinking the cheapest fare is this one:

Just want to travel from any London...
I have not been able to see my journey history when using my debit card from Chase for contactless journeys on the TFL website. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
Sorry, I didn't know where else to post this. I would find it easier to report the tissue selling online. Is it okay to use this link below?:
https://www.btp.police.uk/reportcrime/
It was a TFL service so is there a TFL link to report it to instead?
I am trying to find out how much a weekly travelcard should cost between these two stations.
I assume for example, I will go via Wimbledon, so I need zones 2 to zones 6.
But when I go to the TfL website, I put that into the fare finder and get this message...
