Can anyone shed any light on what happens to anyone involved with SWT, who are at assessment stage or further will they still proceed with them? Or would they pull the plug. New to all this so was needing clarification, would it be worth while ringing HR to see what will happen.

Does a shunter driver have to take the same assessments as a trainee train driver? Also what hours do they do? Is it a good way of progressing on to mainline driving?

Passed both applications for too separate TOCs, my problem now is failing both the SJT, was wondering has anyone got some advice on answering them, is it best to just be honest when answering the situations or put yourself in the shoes of a Train Driver?
