Application question regarding SJE test

Does anyone know if the application part of the process which includes the SJE form part of the assessment stage, was considering applying to a TOC but says on there website do not apply if you have failed any part of the assessment in the last 6 months, the SJE was online for MTR Crossrail which I didn't pass 2 months ago. Any replies would be great fully excepted.

We have had a number of issues with members trying to set up duplicate accounts in this forum. We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
