The Virgin TVMs at Manchester Piccadilly do not offer the ‘Via Macclesfield’ (equivalent to Any Permitted) fares between Stockport and Stoke on Trent, and I suspect that they won’t offer them from Manchester to Stoke either. The only options are Virgin only or Northern only. Is this allowed?
