It has been brought to my attention that recently after research had been conducted (T664 report), train drivers who fail periodic medicals (on hearing) are allowed to use hearing aids, therefore return to work.
Do you know any live examples of that taking place and if so which TOCs have...

I have a question for those who had already signed their new contacts with FGW.
Is there a stated period within which you are not allowed to terminate your employment.
If you do, you will own FGW the cost of the training course or its proportion, depending on years worked.

Does anybody know what is shunter's salary? (FGW - Oxford if known).

Who does directly supervise drivers at the depot. Ensures they book on and off, issues running boards, covers sicknesses holidays etc. Is there someone in a shape and form of traffic controller (clerk).
Could colleagues who have already been through such interview list the questions here, please.
