Had a call out of the blue from the HR team asking if I would like to apply for Manchester Victoria.
Wondered if any current drivers could advise me on traction, routes and generally what the depot is like to work at.

Was having a gander through vacancies in the north west to answer some of my questions and it states in the Blackpool advertisement that you must live within 60 minutes of Manchester Piccadilly?
Anybody clarify why if the vacancy is Blackpool
I heard a few weeks back that staff can get single tube fares at a priv rate (just over £1)
I asked in the ticket office and they said no, so can only see it being through an avantix?
Anybody know, this would save me a few pennies on the £60 I put on my oyster.
