    Granada Tram

    I notice from the Wikipedia entry for the Granada team that it will finally start a service (not entire network) during March after a number of false starts. When I visited in mid 2015, the above ground sections looked largely complete so progress looks to have been slow.

    I noticed this in "Rail Engineer " http://www.railengineer.uk/2015/11/24/battery-powered-tram-record/ Seems that it would need specific stock to use on an existing network, but maybe an option for short extensions to existing lines.

    Signallers with a sense of humour!

    The up loop at Melbourne jn, Derby was relaid earlier this year and has seen scant service since. The line blocked markers in the berths started out as a simple -T3- but since changed to LOOP-FOR--SALE, COME-BACK-SOON, JUST-COME-BACK, but the current one shows some frustration! I'm not sure...
