EU Referendum: The result and aftermath...

What bothered me recently was a guy on Facebook sharing what he believes is the Lisbon Treaty. It was so outlandish that even Johnson or Rees-Mogg couldn't get away with arguing it was true but this guy had hundreds of acolytes swearing it was the genuine thing. It is almost no wonder people...

TPE Mark 5A coaching stock progress

Just observation after doing the same run on a Mark 5 set and then a 185. The Mark 5 is a firmer ride but the 185 rocks and rolls all over the place. That would be Lea Green to Lime Street.

The 13:56 from Lime Street is like a magical mystery tour. The guard announced that it was originally going as far as Victoria due to a crew shortage but may now be going to Scarborough. He then said we'll wait and see what happens at Victoria. Ha ha. Am only going to Lea Green so happy days for me.

When Are You Impressed By The Railway

Every day in my local area when the staff are helpful despite their employers constantly cancelling trains leaving large gaps in service due to insufficient train crew. They must feel hung out to dry in a war zone.

Is it still going to be a 185 later or have they dredged up a Mk 5 set from somewhere?

EU Referendum: The result and aftermath...

Regarding the fisheries nonsense. Our country sold its rights and Nigel Farage who was on the EU fisheries committee attended precisely one out of forty two meetings whilst taking money of the EU to line his own pockets. It sickens me that people think the EU is the problem as when we leave...

EU Referendum: The result and aftermath...

I went to Uni in Bradford. Went to the Polish centre by the Uni for beers once and one of the best chippies in our area was run by two Polish ladies. And yes, without Polish 303 squadron the Battle of Britain could have been very different.

Another mention for the Polderbaan after you mentioning driving under runways or taxiways. I'm sure part of the taxiway from the Polderbaan involves the aircraft revving up the engines to get over a slight incline over a road. It felt like it anyway.
