    Victoria line new stock

Indeed it has now started, I was down at Northumberland Park and sat in on the course - I love the simulator, I want one!!

    New TfL "s" stock

Yes. If you look in the cab, you'll see a sticker, (generally scratched out), saying 'This stock is limited to 50mph'. The chiltern stock can do linseed, generally 10mph over the LU stocks' speed, which I know alot of drivers don't agree with!

    New TfL "s" stock

Your very welcome. As a regular passenger, OT, I am sure you will soon notice slower speeds once the S stock is introduced, as it will actually force the driver to obey the maximum speeds....

    New TfL "s" stock

The A stock is limited to 50 miles per hour.

    Customer Information Manager FCC

And EM2, as for your question - Again, this is coming from the perspective of how we do things on LU, but the NIM works very closely with the Network Operations Manager, so if your looking to get into control, I'd say it's a great position to go for, and someone with a customer service...

Chiltern Main Line diversions via the Metropolitan line?

It is quite fun being in Harrow-on-the-Hill signal cabin, when a random train drops on the Chiltern section and no-ones told you about it...

    Customer Information Manager FCC

It appears to be the same as our Network Information Manager. I'll give you a brief overview of what ours does, seeing as it looks similar: Contact other transport providers to arrange ticket acceptance Speak to other transport providers to offer ticket acceptance on our services Provide...

    Scum

...no, thanks. It was a brief recollection relating to a previous post, I wasn't asking the question.

    Gaining access to a platform

Indeed, I had an argument with two clerks and a supervisor at Waterloo Travel Centre before I was sold one - they knew they existed but said that 'you're not allowed them at Waterloo'. After finally getting them to issue one, and paying my 10p, I found that it did not operate the gateline, so...

Where can I get an ID Card?

If you have a weatherspoons pub near you, go with your family and get a meal, then get them to stamp the leaflets they have afterwards - you get the citizencard half price, then.

    NXEA WiFi

Well back when GNER charged STD, you could board in 1ST, connect, walk through to STD and continue to get it free.

    Gaining access to a platform

An RPI can need involvement with railcards - someone could buy a discounted ticket from a passenger operated machine without having a railcard. Whilst railcard discounted tickets don't give an indication to the user, they do give an indication to staff by means of a light on the other side of...

    NXEA WiFi

To be honest, Virgin charge in STD and free in 1ST too.. so it's not as it they're alone. And if I was in standard, I wouldn't pay for it. I would stick to using the 3G on my phone. If it was free, I would, for the benefit of faster speeds. But as others have said, I wouldn't pay for...

    Sockets on Sleepers

ScotRail have sockets in the Lounge car (by the sofas). Sorry, I've not travelled on the seated so don't know.

    Why thank you sir ;)

    Diversionary route using tube?

Okay, obviously as your ticket initially (prior to e/w) isn't valid on the underground, it won't work the gates, and you'll need a member of staff to let you through. I personally don't see why a ticket via Kensington Olympia wouldn't be valid - but I'm sure others will go into that. If...

    New TfL "s" stock

Possible, there are two of us at the moment. But I won't be able to say if it's me or not because I don't know who the driver is! ;D

    East London Line

I know they're quite ahead of schedule - the trial operations are coming up soon, too.
