TrainFX can in certain circumstances revert to the previous route entry before the train was coupled once it is uncoupled, which is a bit tedious - you could just say "TrainFX is tedious" to be fair and it would be accurate. The same if the GPS has frozen and it is working on the door cycles...

I've checked the SmartKiosk list, it is indeed one of those at South Wigston so is a card only journey planner style TVM with no ToD capability. I'll leave others to say what the implications are for this case as I have no idea, but I can confirm the above having checked the list.

I am 99% sure that South Wigston only has an EMR Smart Kiosk TVM which is not able to print Ticket on Departure (ToD) tickets. Looking on the Rail Staff Travel staff purchasing site South Wigston is not listed as a station for collecting ToD. Attached photo shows list of ToD stations...

Any stations beyond Thetford really! They're used by a handful of local passengers either from Norwich or local trips in the area bounded by Attleborough and Thetford and that's about it.

The drivers also got a decent signing up bonus for changing contract and some extra days off for their trouble, unlike the guards who just wanted a 10 plus year argument done with, more or less. There's a few Sundays outside drivers left but not many.
