I don't think he is :D, I got quite a personal reply to my email back thanking him for feedback and confirming that I would like to be notified of future vacancies for fast track. A specific thing that I mentioned was replied to in a very specific way

Thanks Craig. I am not going to get my hopes up, and I did initially think it was a brush off but with others saying they didnt get the reserve email it seems not, but will keep fingers toes and everything else crossed!

Yeah thats what was said in the subsequent email, so I'm not sure if they'd then upload the application at their end so it appears on my job portal? Just had another email confirming unsuccesful, wording below. I guess I should take the positives being as I have been self employed for almost 20...

The initial rejection email said I was on a reserve list and I needed to opt out if I did not want them to keep my details, the fast track bit was in a subsequent email. I guess the reserve thing is unlikely.

Ok so here is the feedback I've just received. "In terms of feedback, at this stage, the quality of candidates is very high and the difference between candidates was marginal. The feedback we have on your application is: Zoe was well prepared, relaxed, very open, well-spoken, asked...

Just had the unsuccesful email for Derby x 3 without an interview. I am keeping my fingers crossed it is because they can see that I am going to get a Futures role after interviewing for that :D

That is good to know Jossh. Was Leicetser/Peterborough mentioned in your interview? Really bugging me that they seemed focussed on that when it wasnt one of my options 1599155300 Oh, and I forgot, further to my query earlier in the thread, I WAS asked about a mistake I had made at work so had to...

Thanks Tom. I'm just taking half an hour to chill, 1st interview in about 20 years so I've got a bit of post nerves crashdown! From what they said the LOM in the interview was looking at Leicester to Peterborough area, which isnt one I had put down and I would struggle with that in the short...

Interview done for Futures. That was nerve wracking! He did say that I would hear something within a few days though, which was a surprise. Not sure whether that is a bad sign

I think maybe Ben means the deductive reasoning SHL test for Futures? That and the scenario video interview are the week before interview, I did mine at the weekend and have interview tomorrow. Apologies if not and I've got it wrapped round my neck!

Yeah I had no idea what to expect but it flowed really well. It was all very clear instruction wise, to the point where the instructions seemed to be repeated too many times if I am honest and it did get tedious lol. Have pen and paper next to you and jot down your thoughts when preparing your...

I actually really enjoyed the scenario video interview. I didnt have the greatest start with being stressed. I had shut everyone out of the room but then daughter started pratting about with the dog and trapped his paw in a door, staff wanting me in the bar despite me telling them i was...
