No. Never got to the interview stages. GTR required a higher pass 'mark' than the national standard on some of the assessments, I passed all to national standard but not GTR's,

Both asked questions in a structured interview format. I only had to pass the papersift as assessments previously passed with GTR. I now have MMI and medical left to do.

Well mentioned, I previously passed all the assessments to national standard with GTR but didn't meet GTR's requirement of a higher standard so went straight into interviews with SWT's after I applied as all assessments already passed. I think you've hit the nail on the head, it's being done...

Just looked through my emails with SWT, I had a competency based interview with 2 driver managers, MMI next stage. I was asked about the company etc and the other subjects you mention. Looks like different TOC's run different recruitment methods.

The interview was held with 2 managers. I've already passed all the assessments. I'm starting to wonder if their HR have passed me duff info? I'll get onto them.
