Hello, new to these forums but not new to buses. ( I work for FK). You'll be seeing tridents on the M6 all the time as that duty has the bus all day and does penwith college both ends.

I had the same thing on pretty much all communication from gwr. At some points I honestly thought they'd forgotten about me aha. I think they just take their time with things.
