Toilets that work and better ,joined up communication. This is not a statement based on the last 2 weeks experience. I often find that platform information is contradictory to journey check. Also if a train is late , to maybe ease some peoples suffering, could they provide an explanation ?

This is based on travelling 3-4 times on the Ayr Glasgow line for last 3 years and Edinburgh Glasgow at least 2 a month. Scotrail is a monopoly and I , as a consumer have no choice, to me this dictates their treatment of their customers.

Seems so , but each 4 has a nice wee table and power points which is a good addition

On a 380 on the Ayr line , nice enough but defo a lot less leg room,which means the smelly jaikies and neds that frequent that service will be invading your personal space, think I might hide in the toilet

So we should cut Scotfail some slack as one of their flasghip new trains has failed ? Rubbish, the temperatures are above freezing just now, I assume these trains have been tested and " run in" ? Scotfail as a corporate organisation is a shambles

Ayr Glasgow, might still be stuck there when you travel, it did look nice however, however wonder how long it will take some of the filth that travel on that route to vandalise it

New 380 at Troon today, which appears just to have "stopped" was the 16:10 it still hadnt left when I boarded the 16:25 to Glasgow........

Oh well another interesting experience .The 427 from barassie was cancelled, so i decided to get a cab to troon as not all traina stop at barassie. So next option is 455 from troon at about 440ish an empty 334 passes 10 mins later i assume same 334 flies past troon looking about 20 % full. Train...

Supposed to be starting in December, but I did board a 334 today which had the 380 style paintwork......you aint kidding me ! :lol:

Brothers train finally got to Birmingham 7 and half hours after leaving Glasgow, they all got hauled off at Preston and flung onto an already packed train from Edinburgh to add further excitement and joy !
