    The Heathrow station announcements are almost unbearable. Staff screaming down the microphone, hard to understand or decipher with little information being provided to passengers over and above the automated announcements. I don’t understand why these staff are instructed to do such a thing...

    Yes, I think we've had delays and cancellations on the west side of the route 2/3 times this week already. Plus TfL say it's only 'minor delays' when there are cancellations across stations between Heathrow and Paddington.

    All the signage is there on the NLL by me - it’s just been vinyl’d over ready to be removed. There’s even some new flower pots that have appeared slightly too early at South Acton :D

    Tried boarding one of the very few that stopped at Acton Main Line and it was a no go. No one could board, with the next service cancelled most of us gave up and went home!

    They definitely need to find a way to add more services on the Western branch. Very heavily loaded in the peaks with some stations only receiving 4tph.

    Totally agree. 'Line' should be removed and it should read 'Elizabeth', 'Weaver', 'Lioness' etc etc. Consumers don't care. It's adding more words to maps than needed.
