I practiced using the sounds setting, and my best was about 35. I passed the reactions test. However, back in the day when my kids first got it and there was a novelty to it, on the normal setting I think I was pushing 100.

When I took the test the room we were in had 6 tables with 2 seats at each table, but only 7 people in there. I ended up sat on a table on my own, and when it came to the Group Bourdon I could spread my sheet out right across the table, and others said afterwards they were struggling for space...

No, I literally haven't heard anything since they told me they'd give me an update in 3 weeks... 4 weeks ago. Yeah, I guess a course is being planned, I would just appreciate a solid confirmation that i'll be in it!! I'll let you know if I get any updates!

Ah, well congratulations. You should get something from them in the the next week confirming you passed the whole thing, including the structured interview, then it's the waiting game. I'm hoping that they are just waiting until there is enough of us to start a course, but it would be nice...

Hi Mate, I've actually had my assessment before Christmas, and I passed everything. They told me they would be in touch within 3 weeks with an update, it's now been a month and I've heard nothing. I've tried emailing them, but not had any response. It's rather frustrating.

Sorry to hear that, I'd keep going if I was you. So close. By any chance, do know how long they are conducting assessments? Did it come up in conversation?

Just wondering if anyone has been allocated a place in the January training course for Leeds? I got an email to say I had passed the assessments on the 18th of December and was told I would hear about allocations within 3 weeks, but still not heard anything. :cry: I've tried emailing them...

Apologies for the confusion, I wasn't trying to be funny, I really am not very knowledgable when it comes to these things, this is my first application. You said 'if you've only had 1 interview at the assessment centre' we had 1 at the assessment centre and one previously at a separate location...

Now I'm no expert, but as we had our manager interview before the assessments then we have had all our interviews. Just the medical and references left.

I too would like an answer to the above. Are we simply waiting for our start date? Or is there further selections to be made?

Was this waiting for the results of the assessments or the interview? We got our results of the tests on the day, then went through to the final interview. So the next decision is whether or not we get a job offer. Was that the same for you?

I was wondering what they actually base their decision on. Do they look at assessments scores and results of both interviews, or is the fact that we got to the last stage a 'pass' then does it all come down to that final interview? I can't help but wonder how many people get right down to...
