Dartmoor Explorer listed on VOSA today start point Plymouth Royal Parade.. assume this is an error?

Just for the record the CityBus 20 service will no longer serve Sherford from end of March. Instead it will operate from Ivybridge/ Lee Mill via Marsh Mills and Embankment to Plymouth Basically the Gold and 20 routes in and out of Plymouth have swapped around!

I hope that doesn't mean it is just going to become a Megabus route! I feel with the livery change to the awful school bus yellow, Stagecoach are almost trying to kill the Falcon although I really can not think why!!

We got stuck on an untreated road for half hour today in Plymouth. Had to salt road ourselves with other stuck vehicles. This after an hour of rain/snow mix had fallen... I can only imagine how bad conditions must have been across the Moor.

Is the above an attempt to align service provision with the amount of drivers they have? So to make more reliable ahead of their forthcoming date with traffic commissioner

I am sad to say I don't see Stagecoach SW ever recovering from this. It could be a long end of the road for their Devon ops. I hope I am wrong but no one seems to have a clue how to get back to anywhere near a normal operation

To be honest Peverell Park Riad is better served by Stagecoach 31 as the 41 only operates until around 2pm. The SC 31 services at least runs until 5pm

VOSA showed 19, 31 and 200 cancelled. New registrations show on there yesterday for all 3 services with Stagecoach so no Citybus do not have them

Did they ? I never knew that! From when? I expect that will go to Citybus too, although as they have now posted yheir changes from September and 52 isn't on there, maybe its gone to Stagecoach again (or cancelled altogether). Hopefully Stagecoach might tell us their plans soon!

Looking at it... Peverell Park Road will be served Mon to Friday only, once per hour 9am to 5pm on Stagecoach 31 and once per hour 9am to 2pm approx on citybus 41. Weston Park Road goes from current 4 buses an hour to 2 , 35/35a and 61 is twice an hour via Milehouse. No evening service at all...

Plymouth tenders not up for renewal until 2026. Citybus continue with theirs, Stagecoach 19 and 31 plus Oakleys on 52. The 31 will provide additional hourly servuce along Peverell Park Road, 9am till.5pm a bit more useful than the 41 which only operates 9am to 2pm

Yes and might explain the delay in information from the companies. If 31 is back it would mean as it stands Stagecoach would have Peverell Park Road to itself!

Stagecoach have some new registrations for Plymouth on VOSA today for services 19 and 31 plus Coypool Park and Ride (200). Interestingly 19 is now showing as not subsidised so taken on as commercial services by Stagecoach?

It just all seems very odd that we are less than 3 weeks away from these changes and in some cases route cancellations and yet no news from either Stagecoach or Citybus. It is like they are waiting for something to happen before announcements??

Really? I hadn't noticed that. Perhaps 35 Weston Park, 61 Via Milehouse and 62 via Peverell Park Road?
