How would being placed in a pool work with regards to the assessments, if you didn't get to start training within 6 months would you then have to take the assessments again or would you be safe as they'd already 'accepted' you?

Me too, I might have to take another job with a year minimum contract/ training which would ruin chance getting this job:(, surely can't take this long to pull 50 names out for Assessments :{

Out of interest how many references did your company require? Only ever worked for one company so only got one reference:| might try and get some character references just to add a little volume to it

just seen there new advert for 13 more qualified drivers at Norwich & bishops stortford as well as the existing advert, must be expanding services?

I applied for both so either either,if get depot great, if get mainline even better

that's quite a difference o_O still not bad money though, I didn't even realise how much qualified drivers got when I applied lol

Is there a pay difference between qualified Depot & mainline drivers?

Side note I also applied for the Cambridge shunter job, did the SJT for the third time :lol: application form didn't have a score though like the Depot & mainline applications:?:

I applied for both, got the email twice for depot but not mainline....

I got that same day, not done any tests before but just replied saying I was on holiday till May 28th just in case they wanted to contact me, no reply yet not that expected one lol

Just received an email asking if I had ever completed the psychometric tests and that they were going to begin short-listing candidates soon! Anyone else had this? The matrix is watching LOL!
