Depends on your settings, mine you have to click to file and then add it - if I have an open return and am getting any train that day then I won’t add it, but with an advance it’s very useful.
An annoying change is that you no longer get sent an ICS file to go in your calendar and remind you of your train, which I’ve always found very useful.
Looks to have been a poor month so far for the early morning Swansea departure being a MkIV. Hope it doesn’t go the way of 1V50 and just cease serving Swansea.
Caught the Swansea Pullman from Reading last Thursday, only one table left which we took. Usual excellent service and down to £40 for two courses - plus unexpectedly 20% off with GWR Gold Rewards.
I’ve had a look but haven’t found it. I’m going in a few hours

Seat frog allows you to book a time period (morning/afternoon/evening) on GWR. Swansea - London is £25 or so. Having done it a few times you typically get put on the first off peak train for the morning period.

Cool! I had a ‘69 Rapier for a year, bought in 2015 while at uni. £800, mostly terrible, sold it for £1200 a year later. Now MOT exempt, which is terrifying
I understood the issue to be the announcement to all that first class would enjoy a variety of complementary eats and drinks, while standard couldn’t even buy a kitkat and some questionable coffee
It’s new in the last few months, they do it on the Swansea-London trains too. Jars a bit to hear after each station stop to hear about the complimentary service!
Swansea Council has announced plans to restart electrification on the railway line from Swansea to Cardiff, as well as new stations and some reopened lines.
