    ECML Delays - Fatality near Northallerton

    Do you know what caused the problem, I heard it was due to a pot breaking on a cantilever which made everthing drop, and this caused the auxilary wire to part? Very lucky it didn't bring the lot down!

    There's no answer to why the neutrals at wembley keep failing, like you said in an earlier thread, they (NR) blamed contractors the first time but it was they themselves that installed the AF one that failed.

    I remember there was a big push on the WCRM a few years ago from Crewe going south painting the structures, I think more paint ended up on the insulators, reg arms and ballast than the actual structures, needless to say there's half painted structures all over the West Coast!!
