Test were fine if u had looked over and practise just take each test as they come and listen to the lady’s taking u through the tests and u will be fine ! Only hard one is the counting the tones and it’s not that hard

Not entirely sure what u mean mate! The closing date is the closing date! And referring to visiting stations this is when u have done assessment 1 in preparation for the dmi interview ! Once you pass that it’s 2nd assessment and hopefully mmi ! Have u been contacted for assessment 1?

Go to your local station and just ask about even if u only get to speak to drivers it’s better than nothing ! We were told they wouldn’t entertain our applications if we didn’t do a visit

I just turned up to my local depot and asked to speak to a manager but he wasn’t about so the drivers gave me a tour round and gave me the general info I was looking for ! Was good and everyone dead friendly

I interview they ask stuff about you then as what u know about Scotrail ! Ask if u have visited any managers or stations ! Ask if u have any qualities that would be good for the train driver role ! Can’t really remember anything else about mine was back in March ! Sure they is others that will...

Hi stevos I applied for Motherwell but not sure where I will be put as Bathgate only a extra few miles not too fussed where I go tbh! Just got told they would be back in touch in a few days might find out then! When did you get told about depots? Was it after the medical?

Got a phone call this morning I am in medical booked for end of the month ! A big thanks to all the guys that have helped me on the way ! And all the pm people have sent ! Good luck to anyone else! Fingers crossed hardest test I would say was the photo really quick ! 3 out of the 4 of us got to interview ! Hr really busy so said if not today they would be in touch tomorrow

Just had my 2nd assessment passed all the tests and had a good interview still waiting to hear but looking likely as the lady interviewing full of big smiles saying I have nothing to worry about
