I mate you have to be able to hear certain tones / a man at. My work has a hearing aid fails the test without them put passed to a certain standard and he’s a class and nominated person he just can’t go on track alone but would be lying if I had to tell you the ins and outs as a don’t know ...
It’s a good start mate it’s key points there more to it than that but not hard! You do a e learning course on first day covers all the information is given to you and scenario to help understand it
