I love doughnuts myself, but more filled doughnuts as opposed to the classic American 'Homer Simpson'ringed doughnut with sprinkes.
Vanilla (custard), chocolate and banana being particular favourites of mine!

When the Metrolink was opened in the early 90's the ELR sent a 'Thomas the Tank Engine' replica steam engine overnight down the line to Queens Road Depot for promotional reasons.
This lead to a rather belearingly drunken man claim...
Very little progress has been made over the last few years, the website is poor, locomotives and rolling stock look scruffy, site itself looks scruffy.
With a tidy up and expansion fulfilled it has the potential to be a great line. Especially with steam running.
Cumbria is home to 5 significant railways, 3 we see and hear about reguarly, the short but delightful standard gauge Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, and the two narrow guage railways Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway in the west and the Alston Railway in the east.
However the Eden Valley...

Thanks for the response, especially Phil - great to find out such info - its looking likely that Castleton station is looking most likely/viable.
Its a great line, local to me and has come so far in the last 15/20 years. So proud.
