I'm starting to get a bit lost with this thread and the one on 319 cascade to Northern! In summary when will Thameslink services all be covered by 377's and / or 387's or is that not going to happen before the 700's start coming into service?

I was very surprised to see a Gatwick Express arrival and departure using platform 6 on the SE side of London Victoria yesterday 25th April between 2pm and 2-30pm. In RT they show as 1U77 and 1D86. Anyone know what was going on.
