Can i just make you all aware if you arent for future applicants. If you dont activate your adobe flash player for the tests, it will say you have completed the tests when you havent (i had the same problem, shows you an error then when you click continue it says test completed, SHL confirmed...

Dont know how true this is but according to HR, the LOM or HR dont actually see the scores, they only see who’s passed and reached the benchmark so a pass is a pass. Is this correct or have i been misinformed? To be honest i dont know if SHL actually send the scores to network rail so could be true?

As an internal employee, does anyone know if you still have to attend the assessment day? Im hearing they have stopped doing it now for both internal and external and it’s just the 3 online tests? Can anyone shed any info please?
