Could anyone give me advice on how to become a guard/conductor as it seems a hard role to get. As I have said my previous jobs all involve dealing with the public in difficult situations. Is there any point in looking at virgin or merseyrail.
We are having a pay cut in April. Also to be a full constable new recruits start on a lot lower than pcso are on. Also I think the pcso role will be going in a few years as it looks like they are trying to phase it out. Thanks for all the info everyone
