It seems normal for large organisations now a days to openly say they are looking to actively recruit people from groups that they are under represented. This isn’t a negative comment by the way. It openly says it in vacancy adverts. Everyone still has to pass the tests so good luck to everyone

I put Cleethorpes down along with Hull and Sheffield and I haven’t heard anything as yet.

My sister has. She’s just had a invite for the 9th Jan

On the 1st assessment day everyone seemed to get the invite email on the same day so it looks like I’ll have to hope for the feb date.

My sister has just had a invite to a assessment day today. I’ve still not heard anything as yet. She said it mentioned they was looking for more females at the application stage. I told her about the vacancies and she’s beat me to a assessment :)

Do you know from talking to people there today if the 18 people have applied for the same stations or was it a total mix.

Me. Also hull. I could of put York looking at google maps but I didn’t because it takes me longer than 60mins to get there. I should of looked at google maps first rather than going off real time and it could of been another option. Not heard anything

Sheffield 1st Hull 2nd Cleethorpes 3rd. Cleethorpes doesn’t take me an hour by car but but google maps says 70mins so That might be a no go.
