When you click on the open train times link look in the top right corner and it says normal.
Click on normal and it will takes you to the advanced part (in fact the word changes from normal to advanced) which has details of trains passing through etc

I presume they didn't give authorisation for the material to be made public, therefore, their human rights have been violated and as such should take action
