HI, Im not a big fan of talent pools and i cant see the point of having them, they either want someone or they dont, it does leave people hanging on for something that might never happen, tocs dont make it clear how long or how many people are in these so called pools and i for one always take...

i attended the DRS recruitment day last august, but didnt get thro, ive passed the opc drivers exam since and have re applied for crewe so fingers crossed....

HR from northern have informed me they will not consider any applications for any trainee driver jobs if you live more thsn 60 minutes from the depot even!!! If you intend to relocate, they just wont consider you at all.....
