not a full 16 as the carriages alone are 2m too long (353m platform vs 355m carriages) and once you factor in the 2 class 92's its too long but a 14 carriage reduce length consist would just about fit

in general seems like Stockholm-Helsinki will be easier than Helsinki-Stockholm even if their is a 5-6 hour wait in Lulea
i think they alongside the Corrnish Branches would be good candidates for Tram electrification, 750v DC overhead and a fleet of tram tains like the 399 or 398's could work well for cheap
