Yes the HST thing was to near. Seeing people wave at your train is just 'nice' whats the point in getting worked up about it. They're out there to have fun, not to jump under it. I have said about the too close thing and they realise that. Apart from that they were having fun.
I just finished reading the enthusiasts or bunch or chavs topic and the comments left on there were completely unacceptable.
They were not harming any of you atall in any way, shape or form.
So why go on and on at someone? It's harsh, childish and plain inconsiderate.
None of you are...
I dont see the point of having bike racks on Voyagers. It's once in a blue moon people are able to get to them, and when they do they bang about so ****ing much!
I've seen bigger trains going from Newcastle to Morpeth :D Plenty of room for bikes on that i'll bet!
That is known. I remember putting my case in a luggage rack, then at birmingham them changing all the carriages around so I lost my case to the front of the train! IF trains are so busy, it's sensible to keep luggage with you. Also about the cycle space...People stand there! There's no room for...
Virgin were an 'alright' TOC.
Many people are saying Virgin are sh*t because they have had one or more bad experiences with them, they then hold a grudge. These people will never be satisfied, Arriva will do something wrong then they'll be complaining about that.
People who forgive and...
I wouldn't care what Grand Central operated, as long as, they were not small trains and each of the services were not heaving.
Do that they'll keep me a happy person! :D
I completely disagree. When I was younger I used Virgin to get to school!
What makes you think Arriva will do any better? Looks to me as if they're going the opposite way!
Grand Central used to advertise they would operate a class 222.
Was this ever to happen or just there for fun?? Anybody have any ideas on why they decided against it, or whether they ever intended to use a class 222.
Virgin we're doing very well. Only because Richard Branson quite rightly said, he was not prepared to pay out more money for it, did they lose it.
All other Arriva transport is just sh*t so I can't imagine this being any better!
With the majority now being on 4car Voyagers! They'll get busier than the present Virgin XC services.
They should have just made Virgin refurbish their Voyagers, seems to be the only change for the better Arriva have decided on. Then it still wouldn't have made any difference. Arriva aren't...
I have no idea. As you probably know i'm leaving them in a few months, so I now dont pay any attention to what they'll be doing! Mainly because I wont be in the country :D wooh lucky me!
Who knows though, seems to me as all Arriva's plans are crumbling already...
