Hi all, Do South Eastern/ GTR management grades receive a London weighting on their salaries? Can see i advertised on other grades but not on those... Ta in advance!

Do you know of any instances where this has been the case? More a curiosity as you'd like to think they'd align with the other TOCs they ran, but obviously it's not necessarily the case...

Hi all! Does anyone who's gone through a franchise change know if salaries change for management staff or remain the same? I ask as if we look at the Govia example with South Eastern, wouldn't SE manager's pay rise to reflect those in GTR? (assuming Govia keep the franchise) Thanks!
