Hi all,

Do South Eastern/ GTR management grades receive a London weighting on their salaries? Can see i advertised on other grades but not on those...

DMs at Southeastern can be placed anywhere on the network and have been known to move about quite a bit. Generally you would get split Metro/Mainline/Highspeed and within each grouping it is split further.

Yeah I know DMs get it, as says on job description but looking at general MG1/ MG2 jobs like SM and it doesn’t actually mention them at all!
