You're quite right that is part of the assessment, I always refer to the first parts as assessments and the MMI as a separate one. Don't know why I do that. Still it's an acheivement

With my experience with GTR and others I know, it's been DMI first and if successful it's the MMI. Congratulations on passing the assessments

With Southern its usually DMI then MMI. I think SE do the MMI as part of the assessment day and then the DMI. Makes more sense to see if you pass the MMI before DMI. But the way southern have always done it was mangers before multi modal

I would agree with the MMI. Again, it's down to the person. For me, I found the assessments (bourdon tests etc) relatively straight forward. I failed my first MMI and day my last chance earlier. I have he same amount of dreadful feeling this time around, much more so as it's the final attempt.
