  2. Buses in Bath

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

it is being kept as a full route but am not sure about the single deck thing. Aparently the West of England Combined Authority has required that all subsidised routes are ran with single deckers for some unknown reason so this may very well be true and completely out of firsts control. I dont...

  4. Buses in Bath

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

The 349A is actually what the service ran by Abus is run under as it is a contract service to First. The 349 is the First service so has the evening timetables whilst the daytime timetables by Abus are registered under 349A. On another note Alan has said that he will be keeping the R2 which...

  7. Buses in Bath

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

Yes it is new and i think they got put up the weekend the timetbales were changing. They're smart but its a shame as it kind of shows that there may not be an interest in putting open toppers back on the route again in the future even with the trees cut down.

  16. Buses in Bath

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

I'm assuming they're trying to get them out as soon as possible. I would have thought that's why Bath has some Citylines 3&4 buses so that they can be withdrawn before the extra B9s come. The Bath Zone ticket will be valid to the racecourse.
