Does anyone know if the 172 is going to do the Paulton & Farrington loop before terminating at Tesco or whether its just going to terminate at Tesco without going to Paulton
Strange. It last ran on the 28th (and I painfully finally got round to trying it out on the 30th which was a nice 30 min wait at Cabbot when it didnt turn up)
The bus stop they are suggesting you get off at is Church Street and then it would be a 20 min walk to the brewery on a pedestrian footpath.
There is a closer stop called Katona Stone coming from Wells or Calcott Farm coming from Weston and this would be a 6 min walk but there is no pavement so...
I agree with everything although the Bath City vinyls is because the company making them are being extremely slow. They have the enviro400 ones done but the B9 designs still haven't come through.
Yeah its a mistake. Theres a couple on the 4/4a/4b timetable showing them going to Falconer Road when they terminate at Haviland Park. Probably others too but those are the only ones ive looked at in detail.
It seems insane to give them an evening service though cause surely the 11 extension to Trowbridge means that it will go that way evenings only (although maybe not into Winsley). Why not just extend the 11 during the day? Extending the 3 basically means the D1x is increased to half hourly yet is...
It will have to as it will go under the railway bridge. Could be an E200 but could also be a streetlite considering it virtually does the 24 route so if one doesnt turn up then it will be rammed.
New timetables from the 30th January are starting to appear. This is what I have found out so far.
4 cut back to Henbury Monday - Saturday off peak
17 cut from Court Farm Road & Ellacombe Road and now serves Downend Road instead of Soundwell Road through Kingswood
23 new hourly service serving...
They did that with Bath and it is going so much better. I've only had a bus cancelled on me once since the change almost a month ago instead of it being at least once a day
Temporary changes to Bath services due to driver shortage.
Service 1: Monday-Saturday frequency will reduce from every 10 minutes to every 15 minutes. Sunday frequency will reduce from every 20 to every 30 minutes. Service 1 will also move back into the bus station as its final destination...
Use bustimes.org or traveline. All the timetables on those sites are correct on them now. I totally agree, some timetables on First's website are missing and there are no timetables or tracking on the app. There is no way to find when your bus is without using 3rd party apps. It's insane.
It also says Sundays will be every hour so i would be surprised if they ran it less frequently Monday - Friday. I think you're right; it might be just the Bristol or Weston board and not both (if they are both running the route that is otherwise could just be a mistake).
