Don't worry about it guys, just keep posted on this page and checking your emails. We know there are courses this year but the recruitment team must be outrageously busy. From the previous pool swimmers it looks like dbs' and medicals start within a 1-2 month period before the training starts...
Will do, i was on the very first day on testing at watford that's the only reason I'm a little surprised. But I did apply for wembley so hopefully they are doing it by depot.
Did it happen earlier in the process that someone did not receive an email? I did my Stage 2 on the 7th and had my pass from the OPC. Is there maybe a number that I can contact them that people know of?
I believe that to be true. I was for wembley but believe it was a greater London and surrounding area catchment. I think it was 5 depots from the initial aplication if my memory serves me well.
Would be nice to have an exact figure for the amount they have in the pool currently and the amount they are actually looking to train. I mean this 4 week period of stage 2s would have been roughly 6 a day for 20 days. So that's a possible 120 people. Wonder what that will get cut too.
I would have thought this is the best process. Will help them assess needs in terms of who has applied for which depot and who needs to go on what course for resourcing. They probably have a pile of fails and passes then will need to cross reference that with MMI and computer results then...
Being a bit presumptuous, if you are waiting for a course you could well be with the first wave from these on going interviews. They are finishing this week, been going on all months and they said there are a few courses this year.
Have you had a look into the universal credit, during the months you are training? I'm not sure how that would work but being the only earner in the house you may be entitled to something to keep you on your feet. I mean it's there to top up low income no? I know where you are coming from though...
Just being pro active incase I get to that stage. I too have misplaced my GCSE results, fortunately enough my school keeps records of previous results back to the exact year i took them (lucky me) do you think the letter of confirmation from the school on headed paper will be enough?
I'm expecting that long to be honest, they still have the rest of this week and another full week of interviews/stage 2s at Watford. Could I ask, does freightliner also use email?
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
