I work in Rickmansworth a quite often see someone sat in the rear drivers compartment was just curious if it was part of the operation of that line or just commuting to /from work but as you say revenue is very rare on that line
Silly question but why is there always a driver or conductor in the rear driving compartment on these services do they have to be there or are they just commuting too /from work but just staying out the way anyone know???
Well no I guessed it was something to do with the engines but didnt realise it was that bad otherwise I would of said something not that I saw the train manager
Quite a frequent traveller on EMR travelled on a 222 020 today never noticed it until today but this particular unit had a real strong diesel smell on the interior
Checked on RTT the 16:20 off St Pancras is timed for a HST (110) but it stops at most intermediate stations to Leicester HST normally does market Harborough only
