Have to agree buddy. Just do the parts of the practice material they have specified you need to do, if you struggle with any of it do some revision (bbc bitesize is a good site for maths). When you sit the assessments listen to what they are telling you and make sure you read the questions...

I did a sjt for fgw to be a shunter a few months back. All that message means is that you have filled it out in the correct manner your results ( pass or fail) Will be emailed to you.
