I think most of the "-port" places in the West Mids would have been named after a port on a canal. Dudley port certainly was, I think Stourport and Newport (Shropshire) might have been as well? Obviously there are no ports on the canals any more so all those names would be "obsolete"!
Would these be replacing 66's? Does GBRf have enough demand for so many locomotives - they seem to be picking up as many spare 66's as possible, as well as the ongoing Cl.69 conversion...

If it was the UK under invasion, would you be suggesting that the government and NATO should "back off" and let the Russians take over?
Current reports seem to suggest that Russian military losses are around 10 times greater than that on the Ukrainian side. Hopefully these reports are correct.
